i dont really have a comment, but i do have a question. i am new on here and wasnt sure where to post question, so please bare w me and direct me. i have a friend whos son is 16 and his girlfriend is 15. (in the state of Kansas) she found out that they are having sex. if the girl decides to yell rape, is that age legal to consent ? what i am asking i guess is he legal and she not?Posted 5 years ago #

I think what you are trying to ask is could he go to jail the answer is yes the AOC for Kansas is 16 with no age gap or mistaken age laws.Posted 5 years ago #
